ACCME Accreditation and Credits
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with
the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for
Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the
University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and TIV, Inc. The University
of Oklahoma College of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide
continuing medical education for physicians.
The University of Oklahoma College of Medicine designates
this activity for a maximum of two (2) AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Physicians should claim only credits commensurate with the extent
of their participation in the activity.
The American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA)
accepts AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ from organizations
accredited by the ACCME.
The American Osteopathic Association (AOA) designates
this educational activity for a maximum of two (2) category 2-B credits
of the AOA CME program.
AAFP Accreditation and Credits
This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to two (2)
Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
AAFP accreditation begins October, 2008. The term of approval is
two years from this date with the option for yearly renewal. |
